Air pollution as a devastating problem

My name is Tanveer Ahmad and recently I was graduated from the university of agriculture Faisalabad.

Almost every person in Pakistan directly or indirectly affected by air pollution and more specifically people living in slum areas or near industrial areas where they have to face both air pollution and water pollution as well.

Effects on human health result in diseases like cancer and asthma etc while in plants air pollutants damage to leaf cuticles and affect stomatal conductance.

The government of Pakistan has taken a plantation campaign to eradicate such a problem that ultimately results in climatic change.

Main reasons for air pollution:

1 Burning of fossil fuels

2 Agricultural activities

3 Smoke from factories, industries, and vehicles

4 Deforestation

Steps to overcome such a problem

prefer to work on reusable and recyclable strategy

My Goal

.To plant 500–1000 plants on my own expenses.

. Start a campaign on deforestation and promoting reforestation through different social media sites and using banner, pan flex, etc.

. Spreading awareness in communities and agencies to take action against industries that are not carefully dumping their waste.

.Creat a social site to spread awareness regarding air pollution.

.Convincing the public to use public transport.

.Joining EPA or EPD to work more on this problem.
